Job Summary:

As a Jr. Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and the creative and marketing teams to create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines. You will be responsible for producing a wide variety of design assets, including digital and print materials, promotional materials, social media graphics, and more. You will play a key role in maintaining the visual integrity of the brand across all touchpoints while developing your design skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, digital ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and brand guidelines.
• Help maintain consistency in the brand’s visual identity across all media and channels.
• Edit and retouch photos as needed for use in digital and print materials.
• Prepare design files for printing and ensure high-quality production standards.
• Assist with the development of visual assets for franchise locations, such as signage, point-of-sale materials, and in-store displays.
• Stay up to date with design trends and software tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Provide support for any other creative needs that arise.
  
  

Pay Range: $23 - $26

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to accept constructive feedback.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Prior experience in the franchise industry or working with multiple brands is a plus.
