Job Summary:
The National Sales Director will plan, direct, train, and coordinate the studio sales for franchise owners. Coordinate sales goals, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and sales volume and monitor the preferences of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve studio owner complaints regarding sales concerns.
- Oversee Regional Sales Managers and provide sales support to the studio General Managers and their staffs.
- Assist Franchise owners with the hiring and training of the General Manager.
- Conduct weekly calls to evaluate and develop studio performance regarding memberships sales and lead generation.
- Keep studios on track with corporate performance standards
- Determine price schedules and discount rates for studios.
- Review operational records and reports on project sales and determine profitability.
- Confer or consult with marketing team to plan advertising needs based on studio membership sales.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving studio membership sales.
- Traveling onsite to studios to train staff on Club Ready and membership sales.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $90,000 – $100,000

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience of sales experience with closing results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable presenting to franchise partners and general managers.
- Understanding of and passion for fitness industry
- Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.
- Highly experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
