Job Summary:
As a Resale Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the studio resale processes for Xponential. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The Specialist will be responsible for providing support to various team members, handling clerical tasks, and contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
*This role has ability to bonus on a quarterly basis in addition to base salary*

- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.
- CRM/Portal Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity.
- Facilitating network communications: Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Scheduling & lead engagement: Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and redirect them as appropriate.
- Social Media engagement management: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and respond promptly with a focus on lead generation.
- Track studio KPIs/information: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Special Projects: Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Contribute to process improvement and efficiency efforts.
- Broker Network Management: Oversee broker inquiries, communications, and database updates.
- Resale Reporting: Generate and distribute resale-specific reports.
- Resale Process Management: Oversee resale paperwork from start to finish, including issuing documents, tracking progress, providing support, and maintaining records.
- Marketing & Outreach: Execute DMA marketing strategies for resale listings within the franchisee network and studio communities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
