Summary:

Partner with the Business Analytics team and other teams & departments to outline business needs into data requirements. Translate ambiguous business requirements into measurable insights with an emphasis on accuracy. Envision & design an entire portfolio of dashboards to help leadership obtain insights and to make key business decisions. Combine Information Architecture with standards of design & performance to drive dashboard usability.

Responsibilities:

• Research, define, and develop new methods for analyzing and measuring product, customers, performance, and business growth opportunities
• Study systems and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques
• Collect data and perform accurate analysis for various types of business reports
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to help solve operational challenges
• Deliver in-depth analysis on business performance (trends, funnels) and drivers, as well as meaningful customer insights
• Develop business reports and dashboards that provide insight into key data points
• Delivers analysis/findings in a manner that conveys understanding, influences mid to upper-level management, garners support for recommendations, drives business decisions, and influences business strategy

Pay Range: 110,000-125,000 Annual Salary

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a Business Analytics or Data Analytics experience is preferred, however exceptional candidates with less than 3 years of work experience will be considered
• Expert in SQL, Tableau/PowerBI features, Data Optimization, a keen eye for design
• Able to communicate insights clearly and successfully to various stakeholders
• Familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing principles
• Programming skills in Python are preferred
• Ability to prioritize work, demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and managing information
• Goal driven, team player and excellent work ethic
• Strong desire to learn and willingness to acquire needed knowledge and skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work
• Ability to anticipate team needs and come up with creative solutions

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
