Job Summary:
The Sr. Learning and Development Program Manager will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and implementing training programs, coordinating program delivery and tracking program effectiveness across core business areas like Operations, Marketing, Sales, or Experience. This individual will work closely with brand teams to create tailored, outcome-based curricula that align with business objectives. By leveraging cutting-edge AI platforms and authoring tools, the Program Manager will develop engaging, scalable training content for diverse audiences within the boutique fitness industry. This role is based in the Xponential Fitness Headquarters located in Irvine, California.
Responsibilities:
- Training Curriculum Development & Delivery: Collaborate with brand employees and subject matter experts to design and implement training programs. focused on Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Experience targeting specific business objectives.
- Brand Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all eight Xponential Fitness brands, ensuring training content meets their unique needs.
- Content Creation: Utilize AI platforms and instructional design frameworks to create engaging, outcome-based course content, presentations, and assessments.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of training programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all training materials are clear, accurate, and designed for maximum learning impact.
- Evaluation and Measurement: Define and track metrics to measure program effectiveness and analyze data to identify areas for program improvement.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Program Management, or related roles.
- Proven experience developing and delivering training programs in Operations, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Experience, preferably within the boutique fitness or franchising industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with project management tools. Standard learning content authoring tools (e-learning, video, and job aids), and AI content creation platforms.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to adapt training programs to diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a franchised business model.
- Certification in Instructional Design or related fields.
- Familiarity with outcome-based training methodologies.
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
