Description
AIM or MISSION: The aim of the Press break operator is to safely produce aluminum boat parts according to factory specifications and work order by using CNC press brake.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:
• Produce parts according to work orders using a CNC press brake to make precision bends to aluminum boat parts.
• Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, cutting blades, or other fixtures in rams
• Ensure proper setup and programming
• Check and verify parts meet specifications and quality tolerances
• Meet daily/weekly production goals
• Communicate issues to supervisor (i.e. equipment issues, maintenance needs, etc.)
• Cleans and maintains an orderly work area.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Produce quality parts according to work order
• Adhere to safety protocols
Requirements
EDUCATION & OTHER KSA's
Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/8"
Ability to use protractor to determine degree angle
Ability to lift 50-100lbs, frequently
Standing, pushing and pulling
