Description
AIM or MISSION: The mission of the boat builder helper is improve the productivity of the boat builder by preparing all surfaces, parts and equipment for the boat builder.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:
• Prepare surfaces for welding and fitment
• Cleaning and grinding the welded area to remove slag
• Filing hull for rail fitment
• Assist boat builder in positioning, aligning and fitting fabricated parts together
• Retrieve and stage parts for boat builders
• Install tape on all required areas to prevent foam breach
Work Hours M-Thur 6:30am-5pm (off Fridays)
Requirements
Organization skills
Ability to work as a team
some welding experience preferred
