Job Summary :
A customer service representative to handle the day-to-day operations for customer account - inbound, outbound, scheduling deliveries, outer-island, eastbound shipments, data entry, EDI uploading, long term warehousing, and billing while providing exceptional customer service to all customers, colleagues and community. In addition to the specifics below, we are looking for someone who is motivated, willing to learn and will be a part of a great team.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service.
- Answering phones in a professional manner.
- Contact customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
- Notify customers of known delays or discrepancies.
- Data entry.
- Promptly communicate with customers and other staff members via phone or email.
- Assist drivers with point of contact for pickups / deliveries.
- Handle misroutes and / or re-route as necessary
- Efficiently identify and handle all necessary shipping documentation.
- Offering administrative support across the organization
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance.

Salary Description
