Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) - Full-Time or Part-Time in the nursing home setting.
Xpress Wellness is rapidly expanding its behavioral health program in Oklahoma. Xpress Wellness has added behavioral health services to our traditionally urgent care service model to meet a growing need for quality mental health services. We have also expanded into primary care, post-acute care and behavioral health services in long term care facilities.
Job Details :
- Provide behavioral health care services in nursing facilities, telehealth across the state, and certain rural clinics.
- Collaborate with dedicated teams in Xpress Wellness long term care facility services and urgent care.
- Focus on direct patient care with administrative support.
