Xpressdocs is looking for a Scheduling Manager with strong analytical and systems administration skills to oversee production scheduling, optimize workflows, and ensure data-driven decision-making. This role requires proficiency in scheduling methodologies, ERP / MRP systems, and performance analysis to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and support operational goals.
In this position, you will :
Develop, manage, and adjust production schedules to align with business demands and capacity constraints.
Analyze scheduling data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Manage and maintain scheduling systems (ERP, MRP, or other planning software).
Work closely with operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to align scheduling priorities.
Identify potential scheduling bottlenecks and develop contingency plans.
