Senior IT Strategy Consultant

The Senior IT Strategy Consultant, specializing in SyteLine ERP and INFOR CSI, will leverage over 15 years of experience to deliver expert consulting services to clients. This role involves gathering and analyzing customer requirements, customizing ERP systems, and formulating strategic solutions to meet specific business needs. The consultant will document technical specifications, estimate project timelines, develop and test custom solutions, and ensure seamless project delivery. Additionally, the consultant may engage in coding, particularly within .NET technologies and AWS cloud services, to further enhance system functionality and integration. A strong emphasis will be placed on providing top-tier customer service and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout all project phases.

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
• Customize and develop SyteLine ERP and INFOR CSI systems to align with client needs.
• Formulate and implement strategic solutions to address business challenges.
• Document detailed specifications and estimate project timelines and costs.
• Develop, test, and debug custom ERP solutions using .NET, T-SQL, and VB.Net.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SyteLine, INFOR CSI, and cloud integration.
• Deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Travel as needed to client sites, providing on-site support and consultation.

• Possesses over 5 years of experience in customizing SyteLine ERP, INFOR CSI, and cloud integration.
• Experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Has a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Maintains a strong customer service attitude and high standards for work quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for on-site client work.
