What are the responsibilities and job description for the XR TRAINING | Program Manager position at XR TRAINING?
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the development and implementation of a DoD contract. The Program Manager (PM) will work with subcontractors to manage, coordinate, and deliver project deliverables and milestones in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW). They will also conduct risk assessments, monitor project progress, and regularly update stakeholders.

- Experience in DoD Program Management
- Experience in the M&S industry
- Knowledge of XR technologies and applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- Experience working with software developers and hardware engineers and knowledge of scheduling applications within both disciplines
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with customers, partners, and team members
- Is familiar with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Is familiar with Slack and all Google and Microsoft Office applications
- Priority to those with USMC or Tactical Wheeled Vehicle experience
