As a Mixed Signal ASIC Technical Program Manager at Xscape Photonics , you will play a pivotal role in advancing our photonics platform solutions designed for ultra-high bandwidth connections within data centers, powering next-generation AI systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Definition and Vendor Management : Define and document detailed ASIC requirements, and drive external ASIC vendors to meet design specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Project Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams through the entire ASIC development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring alignment with Xscape Photonics' mission to enhance AI, ML, and simulation hardware.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary liaison among engineering teams, management, product marketing, and customers, facilitating effective communication and expectation management.
- Resource and Risk Management : Plan and allocate resources efficiently, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Supply Chain Coordination : Manage relationships with supply chain partners, including foundries, testing facilities, packaging houses, and IP providers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Process Improvement : Develop and deploy best practices to enhance program performance, efficiency, and reproducibility across projects, fostering continuous improvement.
