We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting synthetic monitors, ensuring system performance, and partnering with stakeholders to drive performance optimization initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with Dynatrace Enterprise Platform, scripting expertise, and a proactive approach to addressing performance challenges. Availability for weekend and after-hours support is required.
As a Performance Engineer, You Will :
- Synthetic Monitoring Development & Support : Design, implement, and maintain synthetic monitors to track application and system performance
- Adherence to Standards : Follow defined practices, guidelines, and protocols to ensure consistency and reliability in performance monitoring
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with customers to gather and understand performance monitoring requirements based on their needs and tool capabilities
- Organizational Change Management : Assist in change management activities to integrate performance monitoring solutions seamlessly into operations
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with the Product Owner to develop engagement strategies and training materials, ensuring successful adoption of performance tools and practices
- Incident Support : Provide weekend and after-hours support to address urgent performance issues promptly.
