xScion is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of Agile IT initiatives. This role requires extensive experience managing cross-functional Agile teams and delivering secure, scalable solutions that meet the business requirements of the project set forth. This role requires a seasoned project leader who can partner effectively across business and technical functions to ensure project success and alignment with multiple stakeholders.

As a Senior Project Manager, You Will

• Lead delivery of IT initiatives using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that support organizational goals and technology strategies.
• Manage cross-functional Agile teams (developers, DevOps, data analysts, support), fostering collaboration and accountability across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, roadmaps, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with PCAOB's IT strategies and operational objectives.
• Coach teams in Agile best practices, leading ceremonies and promoting process improvements for consistent delivery.
• Provide leadership with clear reporting on project status, key metrics, milestones, and risk management activities.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to keep projects on track. Identify and manage risks and issues to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed
  
  

To Be Successful, You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in project and program management, including 4 years managing Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proven success delivering modernization projects and systems within complex, compliance-driven organizations.
• Strong leadership in Agile delivery, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence, and leading full project lifecycles.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at the executive level.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple evolving projects independently and make sound decisions.
• Skilled in balancing competing objectives and aligning cross-functional teams to drive organizational success.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP are desirable.
