Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and training programs for new realtors.
- Coordinate classes, events, and mentorship opportunities.
- Support agents with open houses, transactions, and inside sales efforts.
- Plan and execute client care strategies—like pop-bys, mailers, and appreciation events.
- Maintain relationships with industry partners and help recruit new agents.
- Track budgets, gather receipts, and assist with expense management.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate, agent support, or marketing is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-up habits.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs or real estate tools (training provided).
- Proactive mindset and a love for helping others grow.
