Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the listing process, including scheduling photography, staging, and marketing.
- Prepare and process listing agreements, disclosures, and MLS entries.
- Manage transaction timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and files are complete.
- Communicate professionally with clients, agents, vendors, and service providers.
- Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing property flyers, social media content, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in preparing for showings, open houses, and client events.
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous real estate or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and MLS platforms.
