The Digital Marketing Manager is directly responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting the Digital Marketing team both internally as well as externally with any vendor partners.   This role must provide exceptional service and comprehensive digital marketing solutions to Bright Eyes Marketing clients. This includes assisting in managing any digital campaigns and assets and being mindful to keep all internal project platforms up to date on statuses and client as well as vendor communications.  This is accomplished by fully immersing yourself in each assigned client digital account to fully understand all strategies, tactics, deliverables and the makeup of each team needed to execute flawlessly. Above all, the Digital Marketing Manager will continuously maintain and build rapport with clients, being an advocate for them and a resource they can rely on for all items associated with their account and open projects.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, digital team and vendors by being the frontline communicator with digital content and metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients of assigned accounts, providing regular updates on project status and compiling and presenting client digital recaps.
  • Have working knowledge of the agency’s procedures and adhere to all required steps and / or provide recommendations when needed to improve systems and workflows for efficiency.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of digital campaigns, including PPC, SEO, display advertising, CTV, OTT, programmatic, and social media.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring best practices and continuous growth.
  • Managing workflow for multiple projects with various timelines, resources (internal and external) and varied stakeholders.
  • Drive digital strategy, oversee campaign execution, and optimize performance to maximize ROI for our clients.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, account services, strategy) to effectively manage and execute the development of digital marketing projects from assets and web properties to fully integrated campaigns.
  • Guide the team on the approach to sharing strategy and results across the organization
  • Where applicable, on-board and manage vendors or internal digital staff to support projects.
  • Partner and consult with internal agency teams and clients provide comprehensive digital marketing expertise, thought leadership, and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to measure success, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to develop compelling campaigns that align with client goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to keep our agency and clients competitive.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of digital marketing spend.
  • Present insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with client and agency sales operations and finance teams to define and develop forecasts, KPIs, goals and reporting
  • Takes complete ownership of managing key digital accounts, ensuring all contracted services are accounted for within the project scope, timeline and outlined budgets.
  • Works closely with CEO and President to fully understand goals, requirements and deliverables specific to each project.
  • Manage the “day-to-day” business with clients, maintaining knowledge of all current and planned campaign tactics.
  • Ensure strong relationships with vendors, and all other outside sources close to the account.
  • Works closely with the project and production teams to track key campaign metrics and communicate results of digital efforts to clients and works to determine changes to strategy as needed.
  • Assists other departments, as requested to maintain team approach and improve overall understanding of each account and the agency.
  • Proactively address issues and challenges to minimize project disruptions.
  • Has an overall skillset that includes :

  • Provides on-going communication to team members and stakeholders for clients, keeping them informed on digital strategies and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Facilitate project briefings and gather client feedback at key stages of projects.

  • Facilitates client meetings and presentations to offer project specific updates and information in conjunction with other key Account team members.
  • Assesses project needs on-going and works with strategy teams to determine if changes in tactic, strategy or scope are needed.
  • Vendor management including :
  • Sourcing new vendors

  • Vendor setup within project management systems and vendor contracts are executed prior to work commencing
  • On-going communication
  • Quality assurance of project deliverables
  • Ensuring white-label protocols are clearly defined and adhered to
  • Guide the digital team to effectively foster collaboration, provide guidance and support and ensure accountability within the department.
