XSYS Global is looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join its North America team. As a key member of the Global HR Team, this individual will provide strategic support for all XSYS workers in the region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent technical skills, and a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality HR services to support the company's operations in North America.
- Provide expert advice on employment laws and regulations to employees and management.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and assist with various HR projects.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of HR experience.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS software.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations within the US.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese (a plus but not required).
