We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team in the fields of AI biomedicine and material design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding new cooperation opportunities, building cooperation structures, and leading cooperation negotiations and contract drafting. Main responsibilities:
- Actively identify and evaluate new business opportunities, expand potential partner networks, including but not limited to biopharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and material design companies.
- Design and build a collaborative framework to ensure the smooth progress of collaborative projects and the effective transformation of technology.
- Lead cooperation negotiations to ensure a cooperation agreement that meets the interests of both parties.
- Draft, review, and revise cooperation contracts to ensure the legality, rationality, and execution of contract terms.
- Work closely with internal teams, including R & D, legal, finance, etc., to ensure the smooth implementation of collaborative projects.
- Track industry trends, participate in industry conferences and seminars, and enhance the company's visibility and influence in the biopharmaceutical field.
Essential experience:
- At least 5 years of work experience in Business Development or a related field, with at least 3 years in biomedicine or a related field.
- Successfully led at least one important inter-enterprise cooperation project with significant business results.
- Having practical experience in the transformation of industry, academia, and research, familiar with the process and strategy of scientific and technological achievement transformation.
- Proficient in handling various business contracts, with good legal awareness and risk control ability.
- Have a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, familiar with market trends and technological development trends.
Educational background:
- Master's degree or above, major in biomedicine, law, or business management, etc.
Skill requirements:
