Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate XtalPi’s innovative solutions.
- Identify high-impact campaign opportunities and apply creative tactics to boost engagement and visibility.
- Coordinate comprehensive campaign management across all stages, including strategy development, messaging alignment, tactical planning, content creation, logistical execution, performance assessment, and managing agency partnerships.
- Lead the creation of campaign briefs and work with internal teams to develop compelling, insightful content (e.g., case studies, white papers, one-pagers) that aligns with our messaging goals and resonates with the life sciences community.
- Oversee budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and within allocated budgets.
- Leverage data and analytics to refine campaign strategies, reporting on key metrics to assess impact and opportunities for enhancement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and campaign best practices to recommend improvements, including considerations for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Support additional marketing initiatives as needed to drive awareness and engagement with XtalPi's products.
Requirement:
- Master’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Business, MBA or PHD is a plus
- 3 years of experience in marketing campaigns, marketing communications, or product marketing in a technology-driven business environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Track record in developing go-to-market strategies, value propositions, marketing plans, and content development
- Experience in assessing customer needs, market trends, capability gaps, and competitor landscapes.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Familiarity with productivity and collaborative tools like Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, Canva, HubSpot, Go to Webinar, MS Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams (e.g., MarCom, Field Marketing, Technical, and Commercial).
- Strong presentation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with multi-cultural and interdisciplinary teams is highly desired.
- Solid scientific background in drug discovery with experience working in Biopharmaceutical companies or Contract Research Organizations (CROs) is a plus.
