Warehouse Associate

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is critical to our operations and offers the opportunity to grow alongside the company. You’ll handle inventory, order fulfillment, quality control, and assembly of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform inventory counts and help with organization of stock.
• Inspect and quality check incoming items.
• Assemble parts into finished products, following provided instructions.
• Accurately record inventory data in Katana (our warehouse management system).
• Communicate and proactively ask questions to clarify tasks or resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Comfortable working in a physical environment, including lifting and moving inventory (up to 30 lbs).
• Must pass a background check (no criminal record given nature of the business).
• Experience with Katana or similar warehouse management systems is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Shipstation is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $16–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
• Five-day workweek with flexibility and accommodations where needed.
