Xterior Contractors is hiring a dependable and motivated Construction Laborer to join our crew! This hands-on role supports roofing, siding, and other residential and commercial improvement projects.
Company vehicle provided — must have a valid driver’s license and be ready to work hard.
Pay:
$20 – $25/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction for residential and commercial projects
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Run errands and transport materials using a company vehicle
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocol
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required to operate company vehicle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Dependable, on time, and willing to learn
- Construction or general labor experience is a plus
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed
