What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support new hire onboarding & offboarding
  • Coordinate interviews & help with recruitment
  • Organize company events & team-building activities
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and shipping/receiving
  • Be the go-to for scheduling, meetings, and general office flow
  • Handle expense reports & keep us policy-compliant
  • Greet guests, answer calls, and channel good vibes
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Is highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
  • Communicates clearly and follows up like a boss
  • Can handle pressure and shifting priorities with grace
  • Has solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Great with numbers
  • Is great with people across all departments
  • Loves keeping things running—and looking—amazing
Bonus Points If You:
  • Have experience in admin, ops, or HR support
  • Can handle events and logistics with ease
  • Are obsessed with details but roll with the punches
  • Pass background check
