As an agent in our RoadWatch department your typical day would include :
- Contacting repair vendors to obtain repair cost and updating vendor databases
- Issuing purchase orders to vendors for work performed on trailers
- Communicating professionally with customers and repair vendors
- Multitasking between service request and other administrative responsibilities
- Reviewing and reconciling invoices for payment
- Updating computer systems and analyzing relevant reports
Job Requirements :
As an agent in our RoadWatch department, you'll need customer service skills to communicate in a sincere and helpful manner.
