Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to join our team as a Roof Inspector & Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not afraid of heights, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. If you have experience in sales, customer service, and working with insurance companies, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Knock on Doors: Canvassing neighborhoods to generate leads and engage with potential customers.
- Roof Inspections: Perform thorough roof inspections to assess damage and provide recommendations.
- Storm Tracking: Monitor storm activity and proactively reach out to homeowners affected by recent weather events.
- Insurance Claims Support: Review insurance paperwork, assist customers in calling in claims, and work with insurance companies to ensure claims are processed smoothly.
- Sales & Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, build relationships, and close sales by offering roof repair or replacement solutions.
- Ladder Safety Training: Follow all safety protocols, including ladder safety training, while working at heights.
- Sign Contracts: Review and explain contracts to customers, and help them sign agreements.
- Out-of-State Work: Willingness to travel for out-of-state roofing opportunities during storm season.
Requirements:
- Must own a pick-up truck (vehicle for transporting equipment and materials).
- Must be comfortable working at heights and completing roof inspections.
- Full availability during the summer months (Sun-up to Sun-down).
- Proven background in sales (preferably with a salesman background).
- Strong product knowledge in roofing, construction, or related industries is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage with people.
- Previous experience in reviewing insurance paperwork, calling in claims, and collaborating with insurance companies is a bonus.
- Ladder safety training certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
