What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attractions Attendant (Opening Shift) position at Xtreme Action Park?
Xtreme Action park, being the largest indoor entertainment venue in South Florida. We take great pride in offering our visitors outstanding customer service. We provide a wide range of options, including electric and gas-powered Go-Karts, a laser tag arena that glows in the dark, cutting-edge Virtual Reality, recreational bowling lanes, an aerial obstacle course, immersive escape rooms that are both virtual and physical, a 7D immersive experience XD Dark Ride, and a full restaurant and bar.
We are looking for candidates that can work AM Shitfs and/or have Open Availability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-operation safety checks at the opening of the ride and after any power failure or emergency shutdown.
- Fill out pre-operation checklist.
- Understand and follow all emergency protocols.
- Monitor and enforce the safety of riders during all aspects of ride operation
- Monitor attractions continuously while in operation
- Screen customers for proper height and weight (as applicable)
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Hospitality Experience
- Energy & Enthusiasm.
- Good organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity.
