Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, implementing HR strategies, and supporting the HR Director in achieving organizational goals. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in managing Workers Comp
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives set forth by Director to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist the HR Director in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in its HR practices.
- Ensures compliance with HR laws and regulations at a higher level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR management or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:
