POSITION SUMMARY :
We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Home Care Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will design and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote our home care services within the community. Your main responsibilities will include generating leads, cultivating relationships with referral sources, and enhancing brand awareness to fuel business growth.
RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources who can refer clients to our agency.
- Create relationships with care manager, social workers, case management
agencies, MLTCs, CHHAs, Doctor's Offices, Hospitals, Senior & Community
Centers, etc., while identifying clients with home care needs.
obtain home care services, and work with the intake & coordination team closely.
