What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escape Room Game Coach position at Xtreme Escape Rooms?
The main purpose of the job is to run escape games and ensure the best possible customer experience from the moment the customer arrives. This includes ensuring that games are properly prepared and that a safe and appropriate environment is always maintained. Attention to detail is key to making sure the group is doing well. Please note this is an *on call* position, if there are no appointments for the day then you do not work.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers upon arrival
- Communicate objectives and guidelines of room
- Monitor the customers experience by providing clues
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of room in a timely manner

Our Work Environment:
We pride ourselves in a fun work environment. We have a YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFXN6pkccaEOTCKgyGHCFzg) where we feature a behind the scenes look at our environment. You would be working with approximately 8 other team members. Although an escape room is not a career move this is an ideal position for college students and high-schoolers because the schedule is formed entirely around you and your availability. You would get paid weekly via direct deposit of Tuesdays.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
