Xtreme Machines is currently accepting applications for a Service Writer. We are a family owned and operated business and provide an excellent work environment.
Hours: Tuesday thru Friday 10am-7pm Saturday 10am-5pm
Description: Xtreme Machines is a multi-line power sports dealership. This is a busy fast paced dealership.
Service Writer Qualifications:
- Must have a valid U.S Motorcycle license.
- Must be reliable
- Minimum one year service adviser experience required.
- Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality.
- Ability to Multi Task and stay focused in a fast paced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude required.
Service Writer Responsibilities
- Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
- Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs.
- Ability to perform Multi Point Inspection
- Report to Management for additional job duties.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Greet and write customer up in a timely manner.
- Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines,
- Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed
- Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
