SALES SPECIALIST
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of our products/services by identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address those needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure seamless implementation of client solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and updates in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry presentation materials and product samples.
