Duties

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices for customer service and support.
- Actively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus, demonstrating the ability to engage customers proactively.
