We are looking for enthusiastic Admission Hosts to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests as they check in to XtremeHopp Adventure Park for our various fun attractions and parties. We offer a huge variety of fun things to do under one roof!
We offer $12.00 per hour gratuity (increases hourly rate significantly!), flexible weekend schedules, access to all our trampoline park, and a FUN work environment!
About the Role
Our Admissions Team mission is to have a guest-focused culture and help create a positive experience by greeting each guest in a friendly manner, ability to help them purchase tickets and get them started on the attraction or party.
Working as an admissions host, you will assist in driving repeat visitation by delivering the highest possible standard of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge. You will also ensure that our guests are receiving excellent customer service by connecting with them the optimal experience and getting them started in a positive manner, keeping safety and flow of business in mind.
Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively seek out guest contact and display enthusiasm and boundless amounts of fun energy.
- Maintains a strong sales approach, maximizing sales goal targets.
- Must be comfortable and enjoy speaking to people.
- Ensure that queue lines are managed in a safe way, to avoid overcrowding, while still delivering an excellent guest service.
- Positions may require standing for extended periods of time.
- Being knowledgeable about attractions, parties and events to answer customer questions and help them finalize ticketing and reservations.
About You
- Experienced working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred, but not required.
- Solutions based with strong problem-solving skills to rectify guest questions or challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to commit to flexible weekend scheduling.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
