Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Change Manager to lead and support strategic change initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful organizational change in complex technical environments. This role requires the ability to navigate and influence across both technical and business domains while ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management efforts, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication planning, and training strategies.
- Partner with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and adoption of technology implementations.
- Facilitate the successful rollout and adoption of new tools, platforms, and processes particularly ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and deliver effective change communications and executive-facing presentations using PowerPoint.
- Create visibility for leadership and manage alignment across multiple stakeholder groups to drive informed decision-making and consistent messaging.
- Conduct data analysis and create visual reports using Excel, including pivot tables and dashboards, to measure the effectiveness of change efforts.
- Lead training development and delivery to ensure readiness and smooth transitions for impacted users.
- Maintain and manage content on SharePoint, Wikis, or similar platforms to centralize resources and support ongoing change initiatives.
- Leverage web development experience to support internal communications, change tools, or portals as needed.
- Apply innovative and creative approaches to problem-solving, engaging diverse audiences, and driving sustainable adoption of change.
Qualifications:
- 6 8 years of experience in change management or a related field.
- Change Management Practitioner certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success implementing enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Proven experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders, while effectively balancing relationships with business stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, charts), and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strengths in facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Background in web development is a strong plus.
