Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management modules.
- Integrate with enterprise systems as needed.
- Collaborate with product owners to define application features and testing.
- Design, develop, test, and support solutions across full-stack technologies.
- Lead initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor engineers and foster innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Stay current with tech trends and contribute to technical communities.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree.
- 7 years ServiceNow experience.
- Expert in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), REST/SOAP, workflows, business rules, and UI customization.
- Experience with IT Asset Management, ITOM, and workflow development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor team members.
- Strong coding skills and experience delivering high-quality software solutions
