Job Position: PM/Business Analyst (Mandatory- Veeva CRM)
Job Location: Danbury, CT-Hybrid
Long term Contract
Pharma and Specialty data domain knowledge (SP Patient transaction data, IQVIA syndicated data(DDD, Xponent), Veeva CRM data, digital data)
· Ability to profile the data, document business rules, metrics and review mocks to ensure it meets business needs
· Testing ability (End user testing and data/metric testing)
· Triage issues/problems and drive to resolution for various dashboards
· Understanding of the commercial business process (rep calls, alignments, call planning, segmentation)
· Ability to represent Information Management data and reporting in stakeholder meetings
· Ability to define, document business requirements working with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Educators, Access and Reimbursement teams
o More specifically – not just take requirements from end users but seek to understand what business problem/question they are trying to solve and offer solutioning and guidance with data and visualization of data/metrics etc
· Ability to succinctly communicate with stakeholders/internal team – I am looking for somebody that can bubble up information depending on audience to clearly present topics
· Ability to plan, prioritize tasks
· Ability to present a status/plan for the week
· Ability to work with other vendors / internal team to accomplish a task
· Self motivator and starter
· Experience with dashboard design and support (not looking for a developer here but ability to review mocks, offer guidance to developers)
· Ability to train end users when needed on dashboard functionality and data
