Accounting Assistant We are searching for a diligent Accounting Assistant to join the Finance team at our head office in Princeton, NJ. In this position you'll play a key role with helping to ensure the smooth day to day operation of our accounting cycle. As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have strong accounting fundamentals, experience and skills using QuickBooks and the drive and adaptability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic software company. Location : This is a full-time on-site position, located at our Princeton, New Jersey office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following : Prepare Journal Entries Perform Bank and General Ledger reconciliations Accounts analysis. Prepare monthly accruals. Support AR / AP processing. Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports. Support monthly financial closings. Collaborate with other team members in Xybion global offices. Other accounting & administrative duties as assigned. Key Qualifications : Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years of progressive finance experience, including hands-on corporate accounting. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills. Knowledge of foreign exchange rates is an asset. Strong analytical skills. Superior communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Highly detail-oriented; focused on precision and accuracy.
