XYBIX SYSTEMS, a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer located in Littleton, CO is searching for an Assembler to join their existing team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, work-from-home professionals, gamers, and more! All of our products have fitness, health, and comfort designed into them for people in these fields.

We work a 4-day workweek (10-hour shift, Monday - Thursday) and then, get to enjoy a 3-day weekend!
RESPONSIBILITIES Will Include But Not Be Limited To
PAY RANGE: $19.00 per hour
SHIFT: 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday (and then you enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

RESPONSIBILITIES Will Include But Not Be Limited To
- Utilize tools and instructions provided by the company to manufacture our products.
- Use shop floor ERP system to record work performed.
- Follow existing policies, practices and procedures to produce a great work product.
- Learn to use ‘lean’ manufacturing techniques to ensure safety and quality.
- Learn how to operate a variety of machinery.
- Participate in improvement activities to ensure you succeed in your job and add value to your team!
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required (will train for the ‘right’ person).
- Understanding and familiarity working in the MS Office suite (Word and Outlook).
- Self-motivated mentality and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
