Job Purpose :
The Fleet Financial Specialist provides administrative support to the Controller of Fleet. The employee ensures efficiency through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication with a focus on processing fleet financial charges, including Credit Card transaction coding, in support of further action by the Finance department.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Functions :
- Process timely and accurate credit card and other financial transactions in support of fleet expenses, including maintenance and repair work orders.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Communicate via phone, Teams, and email, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems as directed.
- Assist with ordering supplies / parts and managing inventory when tasked.
- Complete assigned projects.
