The Quality and Compliance Audit Specialist ensures systems and processes are administered correctly and comply with all company and governmental requirements, with a focus on acquisitions. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English to be considered. Travel is required with this role.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

This position has no direct reports

Essential Functions :

• Completes auditing processes, including I-9s, employee information, Onboarding, background checks, MVRs, and other areas as needed.
• Collaborates with the Onboarding team for acquisition onboarding.
• Assists with Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure accurate completion and processing of all compliance documents, including; I-9 documents, Company acknowledgments, State and federal tax forms, Employee personal and contact information, including phone number and email address, Direct deposit information, Background checks and MVRs, and other forms and documents as required
• Recommends improved processes and practices
• Collaborates with other departments with a focus on support to the field
• Supports change, event, and root cause analysis processes through review and / or approval actions
• Provides support, and back-up for Quality Improvement Specialists
• Helps document Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance progress for the HR team
• Assists in updates to the Corrective and Preventive Action system
