- Sales position involves evaluation and assessment of residential and commercial properties to determine tree care needs.
- Proficient in estimating time and cost for crew to perform various aspects of tree care, such as tree pruning, removal, and related services.
- Direct and consult crew while monitoring safety, quality, and productivity.
- Handle leads from office and various other sources.
- Capable of understanding work practices/procedures and to negotiate, propose, and close sales while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on bids, cost tracking, scheduling and management of jobs.
- Create work orders for production crew.
- Responsible for collection of payment at time of service.
- Supervise Commercial/Residential Tree Trimming Crew.
