The Role

Product Strategy
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform product strategy
- Develop and maintain product roadmap
- Identify new product opportunities and make recommendations for product enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business goals
- Define product requirements and create user stories
- Prioritize and manage product backlog
- Work with development teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics
- Coordinate and execute product launch plans
- Develop marketing and sales materials to support product launch
- Conduct product demos and train sales teams on product features and benefits
- Monitor and track product adoption and make adjustments to launch plan as needed
- Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of market trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address product issues and gather customer feedback
- Make recommendations for product updates and enhancements based on customer needs and feedback
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field with at least 2 years' experience or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Aha!).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
