This role is essential in providing exceptional client support, tracking key sales and productivity metrics, and managing administrative tasks related to expense reports, insurance authorizations, and loan processing. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with company leadership and play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency .Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Communication:
- Act as a primary point of contact for client-related requests, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Initiate and follow up on insurance and loan authorizations, ensuring smooth processing for clients.
- Communicate effectively via email and telephone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
Sales & Productivity Tracking:
- Monitor and track daily sales and productivity metrics, compiling reports for leadership review.
- Identify trends and provide data-driven insights to optimize client service and sales performance.
Administrative & Financial Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with budget tracking and forecasting related to client relations.
Additional Support & Process Improvement:
- Provide additional support as requested to leadership and the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
- Learn and adapt to new computer applications and internal systems as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors, Associates, or relevant experience in business administration, customer service, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in client relations, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer applications and technology platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
