Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain a variety of learning and development content, including training modules, video tutorials, job aids, eLearning courses, and documentation.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging written content for diverse learning formats that align with organizational goals and training needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Video Editing & Production :
- Produce and edit high-quality training videos, incorporating graphics, animations, and voiceovers where necessary.
- Manage video production schedules and ensure timely delivery of final content.
- Instructional Design & Delivery :
- Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric training materials that effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Utilize multimedia tools and software to develop interactive and engaging content.
- Review and revise existing content to ensure it is up-to-date and reflects current industry best practices.
- Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine and improve training programs continuously.
- Develop assessments and other evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :
- Work closely with HR, Learning & Development, and leadership teams to align content with organizational needs and priorities.
- Provide ongoing support to learners, assisting with troubleshooting and content clarification as necessary.
- Additional duties as needed.
