- This position performs functional duties as an individual contributor of the Property Management Department within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization for Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC, at Y-12. The selected candidate will be responsible for the lifecycle management of Government personal property.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert for SAP/PATS property system.
- Responsible for the creation of property records, data accuracy, processing, retention, and closure.
- Ensures tagging of accountable property is completed and entered into the SAP/PATS property system.
- Prepares SAP/PATS property system reports and data for monthly and quarterly metrics.
- Coordinates surplus property re-use screenings through, GSA, internal departments, and external agencies.
- Works with Export Compliance to initiate high risk reviews of new and excessed property items.
- Assists with personal property inventory activities as outlined in the annual property inventory plan.
- Responsible for the processing of excess personal property, including the reuse/reutilization, sales, recycle, and disposal (scrap).
- Works closely with Procurement and Subcontract personnel to ensure they have vetted Purchase Orders properly for Government Property prior to materials delivered on-site.

- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- OR Master's degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Two years (minimum relevant SAP, database management, data analysis, report generation experience
- Ten (10) or more years of relevant education, training, and/or progressive experience may be considered in lieu of educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Supply Chain, Property Management, and/or Project Management or GSA Fleet certifications are a plus
- Relevant experience working directly with Government property, procurement, shipping & receiving, production, engineering maintenance or project personnel
- Financial background and training also preferred
- Certifications within National Property Management Association (NPMA) a plus
- Must be highly proficient in SAP and possess good oral and written communication skills
- Must have Procurement and or Subcontracts experience
- Individual will be required to interact effectively with all levels of Y-12 personnel and management as well as internal & external customers
- Position requires excellent computer skills with specific work experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, and Access)
- Requires a knowledge of Supply Chain Procedures, Governmental Regulations that may impact the accountability and security of Government property.
- Must be proficient in managing personnel, organizing inventory campaigns, and meeting customer schedule-driven timelines
