- Participate in the development and implementation of Model-Based Definition (MBD), Requirements Management System (RMS), and Product Data Management (PDM) system into the manufacturing business process.
- Execute technical activities involving model-based engineering, requirements management systems, product data management, and data governance for the specification and conveyance of product definition.
- Work with NNSA federal program managers and other NNSA contractors to develop Digital Engineering Roadmaps for the National Security Enterprise complex and apply those to Y-12.
- Develop specifications and procedures for integrating new Digital Engineering systems into current business practices.
- Communicate with other internal organizations involved in transformational activities - cyber, architecture, engineering, product engineering, quality, and production operations.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/information technology discipline.
- OR a Master's degree in engineering/science/information technology discipline.
- OR Eight or more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting.
- Onsite presence required (some telework possible).
- Possible travel up to 30%.

* Experience with:
- 3D CAD models and model-based definition. PTC Creo Parametric and CreoView a plus.
- Requirements management systems and processes. IBM Door NG a plus.
- Product data management systems and processes. PTC Windchill a plus.
- Process mapping, functional and technical design documentation.
- ITIL processes and methodologies.
- SAFE project management processes and methodologies.
