Job Title: Systems Analyst/Administrator
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 months
We are seeking a Systems Analyst/Administrator to provide technical expertise in managing server infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). This role involves system administration, security implementation, vendor coordination, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior technical escalation point for server infrastructure.
- Implement and manage security policies, patching, and standards for Windows and Linux servers.
- Interface with service providers and vendors for support and issue resolution.
- Provide infrastructure support across data centers and cloud environments.
- Administer and support Active Directory/Entra ID and Federation Services.
- Participate in system planning, workload forecasting, and upgrade management.
- Advise on technical strategies, new technologies, and industry trends.
- Collaborate on architectural solutions and application upgrades.
- Manage ticket queues, develop processes, and assist with audits.
- Participate in on-call rotations and work with multiple vendors.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience with Windows Server, Linux Server, and Cloud (AWS, Azure)
5 years of experience with data center infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of experience with vendor management
3 years of experience with ServiceNow
3 years of experience in process and workflow development
