Senior Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an entrepreneurial minded and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that support our rapid scale and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex supply chains, preferably within the technology or electronics industry, and a strong understanding of IoT-related supply chain challenges and experience working in JDM, ODM, and CM models.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and support new product introductions.

Manage the entire supply chain lifecycle, from demand planning and forecasting to procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

Lead the critical partner selection process, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and quality teams to identify and onboard suppliers and development partners that meet our stringent requirements for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This includes evaluating potential partners on factors such as technical expertise, capacity, financial stability, and speed of execution

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.

Negotiate contracts and manage supplier and partner performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Work closely with operations to optimize inventory levels to balance service levels and working capital.

Implement and manage supply chain systems and tools (e.g., ERP, MRP).

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, engineering, sales, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. This includes participation in design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews and ensuring alignment on material selection and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in managing complex supply chains, preferably within the technology or electronics industry.

Strong understanding of IoT-related supply chain challenges, including component sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.

Expertise in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Experience with ERP and MRP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
