Title: Sr. SAP Project ManagerLocation: San Antonio TX ( ONSITE and ONSITE interview)Duration: 12months possible extensionJob Description:We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can remain calm under pressure and effectively manage stress. This individual should be polished, professional, and comfortable working with high-level personnel and diverse stakeholders.Skills and Qualifications:1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A master s degree is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on SAP technology implementations.
- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Experience working with system integrators in a project management capacity is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP Activate or other SAP implementation methodologies.
- Experience in public sector or highly regulated environments is a plus.
3. Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ECC, payroll systems).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Planview PPM Pro, Planview Project Place, Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., GitHub, Zephyr, HP Quality Center).
4. Project Management Skills:
- Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing large project budgets and resource allocation.
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse stakeholders.
6. Change Management:
- Familiarity with Organizational Change Management principles and practices.
- Experience supporting change management efforts during technology implementations.

- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
